What is DragonStar Dealer Solutions?

First and foremost DragonStar is a passion project.  I am doing this because I want to support the community and see things grow and flourish.  I am self-owned and operated, so my commitments are to my clients and myself.  Because of that, your success IS my success.

 

My aim is to provide a mix of pre-convention consultation and on-site assistance in order to help vendors navigate the convention vending process and become more successful.

 

Allow me to leverage my decades of experience in retail, customer service, and convention dealing in order to elevate your business!

How does the process work?

In order for me to best assist you, I need to first get to know you.  Every client relationship will begin with a conversation at no cost, so that we can discuss your needs without any pressure to commit.  If we both agree to move on, there are a few options.  I offer remote consultation calls to discuss needs and solutions, and also travel to conventions in order to assist with setup, teardown, and assistance vending during the convention itself.  You don't have to worry about my priorities during the convention either; I am there for you first and foremost, and only having one client per convention means my attention is not going to be split.  You have me for everything you need from setup to teardown and everything in-between.
